Fintech companies in Chile: 2026 list
In Chile, Law 21.521 (the Ley Fintec) created the Financial Services Providers Registry (RPSF) run by the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) for services such as crowdfunding platforms, alternative trading systems, intermediation, order routing, credit and investment advice, and custody. According to the CMF, registration is not the same as authorization: each service needs its own authorization, and the registry shows which ones are marked "Autorizado".
On the official websites of the 15 Chilean companies in this directory (checked 2026-10-06): Fintual identifies itself as a CMF-regulated general fund manager; Racional as registered in the RPSF as an order router and investment adviser; Klap states authorization by the Central Bank of Chile and the CMF; Buda says it is in the process of joining the CMF under the Fintech Law; and Global66 clarifies that the company holding its foreign-currency balances is not supervised by the CMF.
